Justin Dart, Jr., 1998 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, has recorded five decades of advocacy for human rights in U.S.A., Mexico, Japan and other nations. He has served five gubernatorial, one Congressional and five Presidential appointments in the area of disability policy.

He has founded and acted as the CEO of two small businesses, and one that started with four persons, and grew to 26,000 employees and sales representatives.

During the past 20 years he has visited each of the fifty United States at least five times to advocate for the passage and implementation of the historic Americans with Disabilities Act, and the empowerment of people with and without disabilities.

In 1993 he resigned as Chairman of the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities in order to be a full time advocate for a society that empowers all to live their God-given potential.

In 1999 the Smithsonian Institution asked for and received his trademark cowboy hat and boots, his pen that signed the ADA, and his Freedom Medal.

Yoshiko Saji Dart, married Justin Dart, Jr., in 1968. Since then she has been his full partner in promoting the rights and empowerment of people with and without disabilities in the area of disability policy and years of citizen advocacy for civil rights, independent living, ADA, universal health care, and the election of pro-disability rights candidates.

For the last six years, she has been the informal CEO of Justice For All. She has received numerous awards and commendations, including major recognitions from the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and Presidents Bush and Clinton.
