ILRU Colloquium Papers

These three papers were developed as a result of interviews with six states' Real Choice Systems Change project staff and affiliates and the Colloquium sponsored by ILRU in Houston, January 2005. As a starting point, the authors used the three papers written by Michael Kendrick, Ph.D. which were used as catalysts for discussion at the Colloquium. The new papers built on the essential ingredients of those discussion papers which the Colloquium participants agreed should remain and added the results of the three topic area discussion groups of the Colloquium as well as the final session which synthesized the findings of all three groups.

To assist in the process of completing the papers for publication, we would appreciate your responses to the following questions by February 20, 2006. Thank you for your continued support of this effort!
