Challenge Center offers a wide array of services focused on improving health, function and quality of life for those living with severe physical disability. Each service is offered at a full market-rate value (price). Based on an enrollee’s income, a sliding scale share of cost is available to maintain the Center’s mission of providing affordable services to those in need. Each client is fully evaluated, a plan of care developed including a client’s agreement to health and wellness, with the client’s physician approval obtained before each participant begins.
