Starting an exercise program can be intimidating for anyone. If you add having a spinal cord injury to it, getting started can be even more difficult. Fortunately, it does not have to be that way. With a little bit of knowledge and motivation, you can start an exercise program to help you get back into the game of life and feel better about it. In this town hall meeting we will discuss how individuals with a spinal cord injury:
