Editor's Note: CILs and SILCs are urged to use materials such as these as guides. Simply copying the forms and examples presented in these resources could result in policies, procedures or job descriptions that are, at best, a poor fit for your organization. Qualified legal guidance is highly recommended.  Sample policies and job descriptions can save time and work, but they are no substitute for the advice and guidance of an attorney familiar with your organization.

Please review these and other resources carefully before purchase.  Check your vendor's return policy. These resources should be readily available, either from a retailer or the publisher.
