Definition of Disability

About the Presenter 

Brian East is a 1977 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He began in private practice in Austin, Texas in 1982, and concentrated his practice in employment and civil rights law. He now works for Advocacy, Inc., the Texas "protection and advocacy system" for persons with disabilities. He is a Senior Attorney in their Legal Services Unit, and provides technical assistance to advocates, and representation to persons with disabilities, in a variety of areas. He is a frequent presenter on ADA issues.
