Recent and Pending Cases Before the United States Supreme Court

Abstract

Professor Blanck will discuss the legal and policy implications of recent and pending cases before the United States Supreme Court. Particular focus will be given to the following three cases:

1. Chevron v. Echazabal, Professor Blanck was the Counsel of Record for the amicus brief filed by NCD on this case. This case has been decided.

2. Wells v. Clackamas, This case has been decided.

3. Raytheon v. Hernandez, This case is pending before the United States Supreme Court
