1. How do you or your staff members use EDGAR? Are you familiar with any of its provisions? Are you more familiar with the administrative than the fiscal requirements or vice versa?

2. Have you or has anyone at your organization operationalized EDGAR provisions to avoid mistakes? If so, how? What could happen if you or your staff member(s) fail(s) to follow EDGAR?

3. What issues have come up in the last two years that required consulting EDGAR? Did EDGAR adequately address each of these issues? What issues remain unanswered?
