Service Animals in Housing and Air Travel

Abstract

This Web cast is the third in what has become a four-part series about service animals and the the law. This Web cast will take an in-depth look at service animals in housing and air travel. A legal review of the law will include discussion of quarantine issues in travel to Hawaii and internationally. Discussion will address practical issues relating to the rights and limits for people with disabilities and their service animals in housing and air travel covered by the Fair Housing Act and the Air Carrier Access Act.
