Service Animals and the ADA (and FHA, ACAA, etc.)

Abstract

It seems so clear that service animals can go pretty much wherever their human partners can go, but the devil is in the details.  This web cast will review the essentials of service animal law at a federal level, and touch on some exemplary state laws that provide even more protection.  Aaron will detail the definition of what a “protected” service animal is, and as important what kinds of animals are not covered.  Additionally, the different types of service animals and etiquette for behavior around service animals will be included in the presentation.
