What Employers and Employees Need To Know

Abstract

This Web cast will be informative for both employers and employees, as we discuss retaliation in the workplace. Key areas to be covered will include: federal and state "whistleblower" protections, laws protecting rights of the disabled, other sources of employee rights, what constitutes retaliation, how employers can avoid retaliation claims, and several recent cases of note.
