Teaching your Supervisors How to Supervise

Abstract

This session will look at prevention and how to train your staff to understand the rights and requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act.   Why is written documentation so important? When should it be prepared?  Who should write it?  Where should it be kept? Bring your questions, concerns and criticism and get answers and leave with the lesson plan to edit and make your own.
