Nutrition and Diet for People with Spinal Cord Injuries

About the Presenter

Sarah Feasel, MEd, RD, LD, is currently a clinical nutrition and patient services manager at National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC.  Sarah completed her undergraduate education at Ohio State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She also completed a dietetic internship and received her Masters of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.  She is currently working toward a PhD. in nutrition at the University of Maryland.

Sarah is certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian and a weight management specialist. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dietitians in Nutrition Support, and several other dietetics practice groups.

She currently serves as a member on the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (A.S.P.E.N.) clinical practice committee.
