Urban planner with the City of San Antonio, Texas for thirty years. Extensive background in comprehensive city planning, and specialist in the design and management of model disability access and universal design for cities, historic sites and art institutions.

Accessibility Compliance Manager and Director of the Disability Access Office (DAO) for the City of San Antonio, Texas. In charge of planning and administering a program through which the City complies with disability legislation under the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, Section 504 and the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Office supports the 1983 City Council appointed Disability Access Advisory Committee, and provides technical assistance to City departments and the private sector.
