The history of the Disability Access Office (DAO) and its organizational structure;
Managing the relationships among stakeholders in the government and the community;
What skills and experience are critical to staffing an office;
Tried and true strategies for accomplishing change;
Establishing policies and procedures for handling and processing complaints; and
Creating and implementing transition plans.
