This presentation offered the latest information on SILC Composition. Who is on your SILC? Filling the seats on your SILC can be difficult even if you fully understand all of the rules around SILC composition. Everyone knows the SILC must be majority people with disabilities, but the rules are much more complicated than that, with limits on terms, members from CILs or state agencies, and more.
