Allan Cummings has been working in the telecommunications field for the last 25 years. He started with AT&T Long Distance Communications, and then moved onto the State of Wyoming where he has been working with the Unified Network team in the Department of Enterprise Technology Services for the last 6 years. Allan is one of two senior video principles for the State of Wyoming and has taken on a lead role with the rollout of Google Hangouts as the new supported initiative for video conferencing for the many agencies within the State of Wyoming that have the need to this type of service.
