SeRonna Rodgers is the Director of Operations at Disability Resource & Advocacy Center (D-RAC) in White Hall, Arkansas. She has been an advocate for over 25 years. SeRonna worked for eight years in the deaf community as an interpreter in the public school system, as well as teaching sign language to K - 8 and beginners classes for adults. She worked for the Protection & Advocacy System, Disability Rights Center of Arkansas for 17 years where she was the Director of Developmental and External Relations, and has worked for the Arkansas Disability Coalition working with parents who have children with disabilities in the public school system. She has served on the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Arkansas board of directors and currently is on the executive board of directors for Arkansas Can Do. SeRonna is also a person with a disability, as well as a parent and grandparent of children with disabilities.
