Position Summary

The CIL is looking for an individual to coordinate support, consultation, systems navigation and training for unpaid caregivers and CIL consumers across North Alameda County. This includes coordinating group and 1:1 virtual support and consultation sessions, systems navigation and training for unpaid caregivers, developing a database and matching system for paid caregivers, partnering with the CIL advocacy team and partner organizations on advocating for rights and protections for paid caregivers, and facilitating networking between unpaid caregivers and, overtime, establishing a volunteer caregiver match program for CIL consumers.
