He also mentioned the PSAs developed by Marci Boucher’s organization, IndependenceFirst in Milwaukee, WI. Vicki Smith, Alliance of Disability Advocates in Raleigh NC indicated that the ACL grantees statewide are working together, including the P&A, UCCED and DD Council. They are responding with individual support to any identified barrier to full vaccination. Rochelle Miller, CONNECTIONS for Independent Living in Greeley, CO stated they are providing transportation to clinics as needed. In addition they have partnered with a local Medicaid health clinic . They also have produced an informational video for consumers. She also shared a Vaccine Information Plan which I have attached. They have also been working with Veteran fund raiser to have a pop-up clinic there.
