Lucia Cucu specializes in Financial Management Services and Medicaid policy. She runs Annkissam's FMS Turbo subscription services and provides consulting to state and federal agencies on self-direction and Financial Management Services. When Lucia was in law school, she identified an interest in tax law. Her policy experience, coupled with her computer science degree and logical thinking results in Lucia being exceptional at understanding how policy impacts operations.
Lucia holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Amherst College, and a J.D. magna cum laude from Cornell Law School with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation.
