Shawn Terrell

Shawn Terrell has been working in the long term services and supports (LTSS) arena for 15 years. He currently focuses on wide range of LTSS policy topics across the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal agencies including: No-Wrong Door models, person centered planning, participant-direction, behavioral health recovery, managed HCBS, integrated care, employment policy, social determinants of health, tribal issues, and Medicaid financing of HCBS generally.
