Shelly Emery

Shelly Emery is the Operations Coordinator for Oregon's SILC, where she has been employed since 2003. During that time, one of her duties has been to support the Council's Membership Development Committee; assisting them in the design of new recruitment, training, and evaluation methodologies. Prior to joining the SILC staff, Shelly spent many years providing administrative leadership and training in non-profit and for profit corporations, ranging from community to business functions.
