Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of Student Accessibility Services invites applications for the Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services position. This position provides critical support for daily operations related to disability accommodations and academic testing services. This position is responsible for daily oversight of coordinating communication, scheduling, data entry, and records management to ensure students receive timely and appropriate support. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, and plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and confidentiality of the office. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required by hire date
- 1-2 years of office administrative experience, preferably in higher education, student services, or working with the public
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, student-centered attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree preferred
- Prior knowledge of disability law and best practices in accessibility

Experience supervising staff or managing operations
