Center on Knowledge Translation for Disability and Rehabilitation Research Disability Community Survey

The Center on Knowledge Translation for Disability and Rehabilitation Research (Center on KTDRR) invites you to complete a research survey. They want to hear from adults with disabilities about the ways you find and use information in your daily life. Your experiences will help researchers learn to share information in more accessible and meaningful ways.

The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and is confidential. We will not identify people by name when we write or talk about this research study.
