Survey for Young Adults with Visual Impairments About their High School Experiences and How they were Prepared for Adulthood

Our colleagues at EMPOWERing Youth with Visual Impairment, a new federally funded program focused on supporting transition-age youth with visual impairment, want to hear from individuals with visual impairments who have recently graduated/exited from high school. Specifically, they are asking young adults with visual impairments to complete a survey to share about their high school experiences and how they were prepared for adulthood. The information shared will directly inform resources and supports that will be developed to benefit other transition-age youth and young adults with visual impairment.

The survey takes around 20 minutes to complete. To participate, you must:(a) live in the U.S.,(b) be blind or have a visual impairment,(c) have graduated from or exited a high school or transition program, and(d) be 18-25 years old. *You can also have any additional disability.

Please consider completing the survey if you meet the inclusion criteria and/or sharing with friends or loved ones with visual impairment who may be interested!
