ACL has opened a new funding opportunity designed to improve how state units on aging, area agencies on aging, and local service providers deliver services to populations with the greatest economic and social need.The funding opportunity — Strengthening Aging Services for Minority Populations Through Technical Assistance, Resource Development, and Program Coordination — will include six awards in total ranging from approximately $100,000 to $210,000.

Discipline-specific positions include a specialty in any one of the following fields: disabilities, access and functional needs; elected tribal government official; emergency management; emergency response provider; non-elected tribal government official; health scientist; and standards setting and accrediting.
