Julie Ballinger

Julie Ballinger provides technical assistance and training in the areas of disability rights and issues as a consultant with her business, StarReach Enterprises. Julie has worked in the disability rights field for over 22 years and is a person with disabilities.

Julie currently provides Americans with Disabilities Act training, in-depth technical assistance, and sociology-related disability awareness training to various employers, large and small businesses,state/local governments, non-profits and disability groups. She also provides training on Section 188, the nondiscriminatory and equal opportunity provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA).
