Jessica is the Senior Vice President of the HCV Program at the Chicago Housing Authority, the largest MTW program in the country. Since joining the organization in 2001, Ms. Porter has been committed to CHA’s vision and mission to transform its programs. With an enthusiastic and responsive approach, Ms. Porter radiates a sincere passion for delivering excellence and building strong partnerships with HCV Program Property Owners/Managers, Participants, leaders throughout the diverse communities within Chicago and Program stakeholders. Prior to joining CHA, Jessica was the Assistant Commissioner for the City of Chicago Business and Information Systems Department. She also worked for the City of Chicago Department of Aviation and was a business consultant for several years.
