Bio: 

Kim Borowicz is a disability rights advocate; she completed her law degree with the goal of dedicating her career to the practice of disability rights law. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in June 2007. She currently works as a Staff Attorney at Access Living where she represents clients with disabilities in fair housing cases. Kim is originally from Michigan, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 2004. During the summer of 2002, Kim was part of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, Civil Rights Summer Fellowship program, where she interned at the American Association of People with Disabilities in Washington, D.C. This program served as a catalyst for her disability advocacy work and led to a lasting commitment to the cause. Being legally blind since birth, Kim has experienced the barriers faced by people with disabilities and is committed to breaking down those barriers.
