Bio: 

Marilyn Golden is a Policy Analyst at the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF), a leading national law and policy center on disability civil rights in California and Washington D.C. She has been closely involved with the Americans with Disabilities Act throughout all the stages of its proposal and passage and now during its implementation. Marilyn Golden has played a key role in ADA transportation policy development, and authored or led many ADA transportation papers and projects.

In 2010, DREDF published the Topic Guides on ADA Transportation, which Golden co-authored with Russell Thatcher of TranSystems Corporation. The Topic Guides, funded by the Federal Transit Administration, are a series of seven technical assistance documents for transit agencies, riders, and advocates.
