Michele Martin is an independent workforce and social media consultant who specializes in helping organizations use social media tools for work and learning. She provides training, program design and technical assistance services to government and nonprofit clients from all over the country. She is currently spearheading the DiscoverAbility NJ project for the New Jersey Department of Human Services / Division of Disability Services. This is a multi-year plan that is helping individuals with disabilities, their families, service providers and employers use social media and other tools to support the employment of individuals with disabilities.
