Michelle James is the Chief Financial Officer of the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (WVDRS). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from West Virginia Institute of Technology and has been a CPA for 18 years. Michelle has worked for the State of West Virginia since 1997 and has been with WVDRS since 2005. During her tenure at WVDRS, Michelle has participated on national committees to enhance the national vocational rehabilitation financial arena and state committees to advance the state’s financial footprint.
