Steven Locke has been the Associate Director of Disability Network of Mid-Michigan since 2006. Steven earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Graphic Design from Saginaw Valley State University. In 2010, Steven was appointed to the Michigan Statewide Independent Living Council by Governor Jennifer Granholm. He was re-appointed to the council by Governor Rick Snyder in 2014 and was elected to serve as the Vice-Chair. Steven served as Deputy Director of a public housing authority for ten years and is a certified public housing manager.
