Toni McEniry joined the ARISE team in 2000. She holds over 20 years of experience working with people who have disabilities. She held several roles and was promoted to Manager of Outreach and Support Services in 2006.
Toni oversees 3 programs and provides community-based services to consumers in 3 counties. She oversees all aspects of program operations and develops and utilizes tools necessary to assess consumer satisfaction. She conducts audits and creates quality assurance reports. Toni is responsible for the hiring, training, and development of personnel.
