Bio: 

Dawn Heinsohn retired from ILRU in 2016. She provided support for 17 years for the CIL-NET and SILC-NET a part of IL-NET national training and technical assistance project for centers for independent living and statewide independent living councils, and the New Community Opportunities Center at ILRU, Independent Living Research Utilization. She was been a part of the ILRU staff for 25 years. She provided information and referral services to CILs and SILCs, maintained the ILRU Directory of CILs and SILCs (web and mail file), advertised and coordinated logistics for IL-NET online courses, and assisted with the development and dissemination of IL-NET publications and training materials.
