A Project of ILRU in collaboration with NCIL and APRIL
CIL-NET is a national IL-NET project that provides a continuum of information, training and technical assistance for centers for independent living. The CIL-NET assists centers to operate effective organizations; to fulfill their role as community advocates and change agents; and to develop strong, consumer-responsive services. A companion project, the SILC-NET, serves Statewide Independent Living Councils.
The CIL-NET is a project of ILRU (Independent Living Research Utilization) in collaboration with NCIL (National Council on Independent Living) and APRIL (Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living).
