Building an LGBTQ+ Inclusive PACE Program

A new report, Building an LGBTQ+ Inclusive PACE Program, released by SAGE and funded by The John A. Hartford Foundation and the National PACE Association, provides vital insights into Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE programs) and effective solutions for LGBTQ+ older adults who are eligible for nursing home care to age in their communities and with their chosen families.
