To scale and sustain health-related social needs services (HRSN) and support community providers, Medicaid-managed care organizations need predictable funding. A new report from the Center for Health Care Strategies explores how 12 states finance HRSN activities and shares recommendations to guide future efforts that bridge health and social care.
