Help Ensure Age-Friendly Hospital Care
Submit a public comment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), encouraging the agency to adopt two new age-friendly geriatrics hospital measures.
These evidence-backed quality measures stem from JAHF-supported programs that reduce hospital costs and length of stay, and decrease the risk of losing independence and major complications for older adults following hospitalization.
