Upcoming PPR Deadlines

This is a friendly reminder that your Programmatic Performance Reports (PPRs) are due on 3/31/2023 for Cares Act, CDC and Public Health Workforce Funding. All PPR instruments and instructions are found under the Program Performance Reporting tab located at https://acl.gov/programs/aging-and-disability-networks/centers-independent-living#. No PPRs are to be submitted in Grant Solutions. We ask that you meet the deadlines.

For the ILS and CIL PPRs already submitted, if there any changes requested by you PO, we ask that you address them and re-submit within 1 week.

Additional information around all COVID-19 reporting is below:

• CARES Act PPR (ILC3 for Part C CIL grantees): Comprehensive report of all activities completed since the inception of the award due 3/31/2023. The CARES Act PPR Excel sheet is to be submitted to the PO. 
• CDC PPR (ILC5 for Part C CIL grantees): Due date 3/31/2023 (for reporting period 4/1/2021-9/30/2022). The CDC PPR Excel sheet is to be submitted to the PO.
• PHWF PPRs (ILSPH And ILPH Public Health Workforce for both Part B and Part C CIL grantees). Deadline 3/31/2023 (for reporting period 3/1/2022-9/30/2022) – The Excel template is to be submitted to the PO. Even if you didn’t spend any of the funding  during this time, please still submit a report.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   .
