National Council on Independent Living (NCIL), Resource Development Consultant, Washington, DC
Rebuilding the Financial Backbone of the Independent Living Movement
The National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) is seeking a self-motivated, mission-driven Resource Development Consultant to help build a sustainable financial future for the Independent Living movement.
This role is more than fundraising. It’s about designing and leading a strategy that connects NCIL with foundations, corporations, and partners who share our commitment to disability rights and inclusion.
We are looking for someone who:
Thinks strategically and builds strong funding relationships.
Understands that success means strengthening NCIL’s mission, not just meeting targets.
Thrives in a disability-led, values-driven environment.
This position offers independence, visibility, and impact. Successful results will directly sustain your work and NCIL’s future.
If you’re ready to help rebuild the financial foundation of disability-led advocacy, we want to hear from you.
Please contact NCIL Executive Director Theo Braddy at theo@ncil.org by November 17, 2025.
