If your organization plans to apply for USAging’s Center of Excellence to Align Health and Social Care (COE) funding, please complete the notice of intent to apply by March 8. Watch the recording of our information call to learn more about the community care hub grants.
The COE, part of the Aging and Disability Business Institute at USAging, is supported by ACL through a cooperative agreement totaling approximately $12 million over three years with 100 percent funding by ACL/HHS.
