The Center of Excellence to Align Health and Social Care (COE) is making progress toward the widely anticipated release of our Community Care Hub (CCH) RFP funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the Administration for Community Living. We anticipate release to occur in early- to mid-February. Watch this space for an announcement and link to the RFP!

Kelly's Kitchen is a national non-profit organization based out of Charleston, South Carolina that promotes healthy nutrition in the whole community, with a focus on providing education on ways to access healthy food, explore employment possibilities in the food and beverage industry for people with disabilities, ensure food security, and learn healthy preparation techniques.
