About the training
The Q&A discussion answers some questions about intersectionality, diversity, race, and equity addressed at Centers for Independent Living and Statewide Independent Living Councils. It will provide you with the opportunity to discuss and explore the questions and barriers you are facing as you engage or prepare for intersectional and racial equity work at your CIL or SILC. In addition to answering your questions, presenters provide an overview of the wealth of resources and trainings that are available as part of ILRU’s multi-year Disability, Diversity, and Intersectionality project.
