Practical Measures: Telling Your Story through Outcome Measures (1.5 Hours)
About the Training
Measuring your CIL’s outcomes is an excellent way to gather real data on the impact your work has in the lives of your consumers and other people with disabilities in your community. And once you’ve gathered that information, you can use it to communicate your success to funders, legislators, and other stakeholders. It’s also an outstanding tool to highlight programs that need improvement – it can even tell you what changes to make.
This training will enable you to learn how to get started, the resources that are out there to help you, and what to expect along the way.
Target Audience
CIL executive directors, program managers, and other staff and board members addressing Center outcomes and measurement. This training may also be of benefit to SILC staff and council members.
